Before and After School Care
Before and After School Care is designed to help and serve our busy families.
Pre-K to 5th Grade (Rocky Hill Rd Campus)
We open our doors each morning at 6:30am and remain open until 6:00pm, providing versatility in child care and student supervision.
NOTE: There is no Before School Care available before 7:50 am at our West High St. Campus
$ 3.50 per hour - 1st student
$ 2.00 per hour - 2nd student
$ 1.00 per hour - 3rd & subsequent students
$ 2.00 per hour - 2nd student
$ 1.00 per hour - 3rd & subsequent students
- Before and After Care charges are billed at the beginning of each month for the prior month's usage, and are due by the 15th of that billing month.
- Pre-K, Kindergarten, & Elementary (grades 1-5) Students, (RHR Campus) are charged if they are arrive before 8:00 AM or remain at school past 3:00 PM.
- Middle School (grades 6-8) Students, (WHS Campus) are charged if they arrive before 8:00 AM or remain at school past 3:15 PM.
- Exemption from Before & After School Care charges are made for Parent Meetings, Athletics, Tutoring, etc.
- ALL students must be picked up by 6:00 PM. Any student remaining after 6:00 PM may be subject to an additional $5.00 charge for each 10 minutes that they remain at school. Parents should notify the school as soon as possible if an unexpected or emergency situation prevented them from picking up their students on time.
