Admissions Process

Tri-City Christian Academy begins accepting Fall re-enrollments for Current Students on February 1st. New Student Applications are accepted beginning on March 1st.
 
Online Enrollment: (New Families)
 
If you are new to TCCA, you must first complete an Online Application for each student you wish to enroll. Please go to:
Online Re-Enrollment: (Current Families)
  1. Parents of current students sign-on to their Family Portal (Parent's Web) account.
  2. Select Apply/Enroll. (left side of page)
  3. Select Enrollment/Re-enrollment, then click to open enrollment.
  4. Next to student’s name, under Packet Status, click: Start Enrollment Packet and follow the prompts. Each student in the family will have their own packet. 
  5. If you wish to enroll another student who is not currently attending, you will want to select Application instead of Enrollment/Re-enrollment (step 3). Then follow the prompts to complete the process for that new student.

Classes currently on a waitlist for the 2025-26 school year:
Pre-K3, Pre-K4, 1st grade, 2nd grade, and 4th grade
 
Families are still welcome to submit an application — we'll review it and notify you as soon as a spot becomes available. We appreciate your patience and look forward to the possibility of welcoming you soon!
 
We welcome 2026-2027 applications & enrollments for new families beginning on March 1, 2026. Please feel free to reach out prior to March 1st to schedule a tour and get the process started.
