Biography

Mr. Josiah Clark has been an esteemed educator at TCCA for two decades and holds the Upper School Director position. His extensive teaching experience spans grades K-12, showcasing his versatility and dedication to fostering academic excellence. Additionally, Mr. Clark serves as the Athletic Director, and his leadership has propelled the boys’ and girls’ soccer and basketball teams to numerous championship victories. His unwavering commitment to excellence permeates the classroom and the athletic field, earning him profound respect and admiration from his peers and students.

 

In 2017, Mr. Clark married the love of his life, Naomi, and they built a loving home in Rochester, NH. They are proud parents to three wonderful children: Connor, Emily, and Eliana, guardians of Jordan, and host parents to Melissa and John ('23 graduate, attending Indiana).  Their home is a vibrant hub of activity and warmth, reflecting the values they cherish.

 

Beyond his Upper School Director and Athletic Director roles, Mr. Clark and his wife Naomi serve as the Homestay Coordinators for the International Program at TCCA. Their commitment to creating a welcoming and nurturing environment for international students is exemplary. They open their home to up to two international students at a time, providing a supportive and enriching experience. They are honored to host Melissa from Huizhou, Guangdong, China.

 

Mr. Clark’s dedication to international students at TCCA spans over a decade. He is deeply passionate about helping these students transition smoothly into American culture and ensuring they thrive in the exceptional educational environment TCCA offers. His heartfelt desire is to make their experience memorable and transformative, enabling them to embrace the opportunities that lie ahead.
