Biography

1st Grade Teacher

Mrs. McIntosh graduated with honors from Grand Canyon University, attaining a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a Christian Education emphasis. Currently, holding certification as a K-6 grade teacher in the state of New Hampshire, Mrs. McIntosh is dedicated to investing time in children, ensuring they realize their full potential while guiding them on their spiritual journey with Jesus. As a military spouse, she has had the privilege of living in various remarkable places. Despite her fondness for these experiences, Mrs. McIntosh and her family have chosen to establish roots in Somersworth.

Residing in Hawaii, Japan, and Washington has exposed Mrs. McIntosh to unique places, monuments, and historical sites that many only read about. Her greatest fulfillment, however, is derived from the rewarding vocation of teaching and nurturing God's children.

Before her relocation to New Hampshire, Mrs. McIntosh faithfully served in her church's Awana program for over five years, progressing from a leadership role to ultimately becoming the director of the Cubbies program. Teaching Bible stories and verses brought her immense joy, both within the church and at home, where she consistently finds ways to engage with children. Currently, she actively serves in the children’s ministry at her church.

In her leisure time, Mrs. McIntosh indulges in reading, cooking, savoring coffee, spending quality moments with her family, and enjoying the companionship of her three dogs.
