Nurse & HS Foreign Language Instructor
Plymouth State Teacher’s College in Plymouth, New HampshireNew England Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing in Boston, MassachusettsLynn has had many years of experience working with children in hospitals, camps, and schools. Over the years, she has served as Girl Scout Troop Leader and Cheerleading Coach. She worked at Greenland Central School in Greenland, New Hampshire for 3 years in the 1980’s and began at Tri-City Christian Academy in Somersworth, New Hampshire in the fall of 1994. Lynn began teaching Mandarin Chinese at Tri-City Christian Academy in January of 2009. In the Spring of 2012, she took a group of inquisitive students, alumni, and parents to China to experience the culture firsthand.
The second trip to China with students and their families was in April 2015. Now in her 28th year as School Nurse at Tri-City Christian Academy, Lynn strives to assist school families regarding their health and well-being.
Living in Rochester, NH with her husband of 37 years, Lynn is busy with her Church, school, and family. All 4 children are alumni, with Sara having been Valedictorian of her class. Sara lives in Gonic, NH with her husband Alex Gillikin and their toddler daughter. Amy is married and lives in Puyallup, WA with her husband, Bill Walsworth and their children. Katie is working full-time at Frisbie Hospital with as a Registered Nurse. Daniel is currently studying to be a Youth Pastor. Family is the most important to Lynn who greatly enjoys time together with them.
Lynn has been a member of Tri-City Covenant Church in Somersworth, NH since 1990 where she worships regularly with her family and many friends.
