Dean of Academics

Ms. Alice Pinard serves as the Dean of Academics at Tri-City Christian Academy, where she provides strategic leadership in curriculum development, academic programming, faculty growth, and student achievement. With extensive experience in Christian education and school leadership, she is dedicated to advancing academic excellence while fostering a Christ-centered culture that nurtures students spiritually, intellectually, and personally.

Prior to joining Tri-City Christian Academy, Ms. Pinard served as Dean of Academics at Concord Christian Academy. In that role, she led key initiatives in curriculum design, instructional improvement, accreditation support, faculty mentoring, and student services. During a period of administrative transition, she faithfully served as Interim Head of School, providing steady leadership and ensuring continuity in the school's mission, operations, and academic vision.

Ms. Pinard is passionate about equipping students to pursue excellence as followers of Christ. She believes that Christian education should inspire a lifelong love of learning while cultivating biblical wisdom, integrity, servant leadership, and a commitment to honoring God in every area of life. She is committed to partnering with faculty and families to create an educational environment where students are challenged academically, encouraged spiritually, and prepared to serve faithfully in their homes, churches, communities, and future professions.

Grounded in the conviction that all truth is God's truth, Ms. Pinard believes that thriving Christian schools are built upon strong biblical leadership, collaborative partnerships, high academic standards, and a shared commitment to developing the whole child. Her desire is to help cultivate a school community where faith and learning are intentionally integrated, educators are empowered to excel, and every student is equipped to fulfill God's unique purpose with wisdom, character, and confidence.
