Before School Care & Teaching Assistant (PreK-3 & K5)

With over two decades of experience in both technical training and education, Mrs. Tereza Norton brings a unique blend of organization, patience, and a passion for helping young minds grow. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics from the University of Maine at Farmington and has spent much of her career developing and leading training programs at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, where she worked from 2004 to 2025.

In her various roles—including Training Instructor, RERO Training Coordinator, and Senior Technician—Mrs. Norton became known for her attention to detail, ability to clearly communicate complex information, and her supportive approach to instruction. These strengths carry over into the classroom setting, where she fosters a nurturing and structured environment for our youngest learners.

As a Before School Care worker and Teaching Assistant in the Kindergarten & Elementary departments, she supports both academic and social-emotional development by guiding students through morning routines, classroom activities, and hands-on learning. Her strong organizational skills and calm, caring demeanor help students feel safe and ready to learn each day. Tri-City Christian Academy is blessed to have Mrs. Tereza Norton on our team this year!
