Biography

Throughout her career, Naomi has served in a variety of educational roles, including classroom teacher, curriculum leader, student support specialist, and department director. She oversees TCCA's Student Services Department, coordinates academic support programs, develops individualized student support plans, leads intervention initiatives, and partners with teachers and families to help students thrive academically, socially, and spiritually. She also directs the school's International Student Program, welcoming students from around the world and helping them experience both academic success and the love of Christ while studying in the United States.

In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Naomi teaches middle school mathematics, creative writing, computer science, and STEAM for students in grades 1–8. She enjoys creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving while helping students develop a biblical worldview.

Naomi earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Liberty University, graduating with High Honors, and her Master of Education from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating with Highest Honors. She is committed to lifelong learning and continually seeks innovative ways to strengthen academic programs, support teachers, and expand opportunities for student success.

Naomi believes Christian education is most effective when the school, home, and church work together to nurture both the minds and hearts of students. She is passionate about helping young people overcome challenges, discover their unique strengths, and grow into confident servant leaders who are equipped to make a lasting impact for Christ.

Naomi and her husband, Josiah, are active members of Tri-City Covenant Church and have dedicated their lives to serving students and families through Christian education. Whether teaching in the classroom, supporting parents, mentoring educators, or leading school initiatives, Naomi considers it a privilege to invest in the lives of students and to help them grow academically, spiritually, and personally.
