Naomi Clark is a devoted Christian educator and servant-leader who passionately serves students, families, and her school community with faith, compassion, and purpose. As the Director of Student Services at Tri-City Christian Academy (TCCA) and the International Student Program Director, Naomi brings a Christ-centered approach to her work, grounded in the belief that every child is created in the image of God and deserves to be supported, encouraged, and empowered to flourish.

Naomi’s journey in education flows from her deep commitment to Scripture and her calling to serve others. She believes that learning is not just academic — it is spiritual, emotional, and relational. In every role she has held — from classroom teacher and student support specialist to her current leadership position — Naomi has woven her faith into her practice, seeking to reflect Christ’s love in every interaction and decision. Her work is rooted in the conviction that schools are communities where grace and truth come together to help students grow in wisdom, character, and confidence.

In her role as Director of Student Services, Naomi oversees programs and supports designed to meet the holistic needs of students. She works collaboratively with teachers, administrators, specialists, and families to ensure that each child is understood, valued, and equipped for success. Whether she is facilitating communication between service providers, guiding behavior support planning, or advocating for students’ needs, Naomi approaches every challenge with prayerful discernment, wisdom, and a servant’s heart.

Naomi’s leadership reflects her belief that Christian education is a partnership between home, school, and church. She strives to build bridges of understanding and support that honor families and uphold the spiritual formation of every student. Her daily work is driven by a desire to see students not just succeed academically, but to grow into compassionate, resilient individuals who reflect the love of Christ in their communities.

Outside of her administrative work, Naomi is known for her creativity, joyful presence, and her ability to uplift those around her. She seeks to create environments where students and educators alike feel encouraged, valued, and inspired. Her contributions to TCCA — and to the families she serves — reflect a heart for service, a passion for excellence, and an unwavering belief in God’s purpose for every student.
