Over-the-Counter Medication 

TCCA Summer Camp maintains a supply of basic over-the-counter (OTC) medications to ensure your child's health and comfort in case of minor illness or injury.  However, we can only administer medications with your written consent. 
 
Please review the list of medications below and check the ones you approve for your child.  All medications will be administered in age-appropriate doses according to package instructions. 
 
By signing this form, you authorize TCCA Summer Camp staff to provide the selected medications to your child if needed.

I hereby give my permission for my child to be given the above checked medication at school on an "as needed" basis.  I understand that this permission will remain in effect for the length of time that my child is enrolled in TCCA's Summer Camp program.  I will notify the camp if I want these medications changed or discontinued.  I am also aware that Benadryl is kept on hand and will be dispensed in an age appropriate dose should an apparent allergic emergency arise.  

Permission to Apply Sunscreen Waiver 

We request that sunscreen be applied to your child prior to them arriving at camp for the day.  Your child's camp counselors will assist with applying sunscreen to bare surfaces including the face, top of the ears, bare shoulders, arms and legs.  Sunscreen will not be applied to any broken skin or if a skin reaction has been observed.  Any skin reaction observed by staff will be reported to the Camp Director and the parents.  It is the parent's responsibility to provide sunscreen.  Camp counselors are prohibited to apply sunscreen that does not belong to them.

Summer Camp Pricing

  • 1 Camper Family - $225/week
  • 2 Camper Family - $375/week
  • 3 Camper Family - $475/week
  • 4+ Campers in one family - $575/week (same household)

Drop-In Rate

  • With 24 hour notice - $95/day
  • Drop in 1-day Camper - $130
  • 1 Skill Camper (2 days/week) - $100

Skills Camp is specialized sessions designed to help campers learn new skills, explore their interested and have fun (extra bonus, its included in the price of camp!)!  They skill camps will take place twice a week for 1-1.5 hours on alternating days.  Campers 6-years old and older must make a selection for M/W AND T/Th.  The Summer Camp Directors will do their best to accomodate selections.
